New Aroma Kits: Hop Defects and Lager

We’re excited to announce the launch of two new Aroma Training Kits now available in our Sensory Store!

These kits were developed in direct response to feedback from our recent poll sent to our DraughtLab Learning email subscribers. Hop Defects highlights the basics of evaluating fresh hops for common defects, while Lager focuses on common attributes in the style.

Our Aroma Training Kits are perfect for every level of brewery staff—from the taproom to the brewing floor. Each kit includes 5 hand-picked aromas and an interactive lesson that will guide you through each aroma and teach you about the flavor profile highlighted by the kit. The lessons are self-guided, self-paced, and built to be fun and interactive.
